Hanoi, Aug. 11 -- Albanese warmly welcomed the top Vietnamese leader's State visit to Australia, emphasizing the importance of the visit amid the vibrant development of bilateral relations, particularly since the two countries upgraded their ties to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in March 2024.
