Hanoi, Sept. 3 -- The top Vietnamese leader made the above remarks while delivering a keynote speech at a national video-conference in Ha Noi on September 3 to disseminate the key contents of several resolutions and directives issued recently by the Political Bureau.

He called for Party documents to be translated into specific tasks with clearly defined responsibilities, deadlines, resources and measurable outcomes, stressing that leaders must be held accountable for implementation outcomes.

He urged relevant agencies to promptly remove overlapping regulations and legal gaps that hinder innovation, regional connectivity, tourism development, talent attraction and resource mobilisation.
