Hanoi, June 17 -- To Lam stressed that the exchange of high-level visits, including Phommathat's ongoing Viet Nam visit, reflects the fact that both countries attach importance to consolidating and enhancing their great friendship, special solidarity, comprehensive cooperation, and strategic cohesion.
