Hanoi, Aug. 5 -- The meeting took place on the occasion of the 59th founding anniversary of ASEAN, the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia (TAC), and the 31st anniversary of Viet Nam's accession to ASEAN.

To expressed his appreciation to ASEAN Member States for accompanying Viet Nam throughout its development journey. He called on the diplomats to continue to serve as important bridges to strengthen cooperation and coordination, contributing to the further development of relations between Viet Nam and Southeast Asian countries.
