Jakarta, Oct. 1 -- At the invitation of H.E. Senior Minister General Kun Kim, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Cambodian Veterans and Pensioners Association, and Rotating President of the Veterans Confederation of ASEAN Countries (VECONAC), Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, will participate in the 38th Executive Board Meeting and the 25th General Assembly of VECONAC, to be held in Phnom Penh, the Kingdom of Cambodia, on 4-5 October 2026.

During the meetings, Dr. Kao is scheduled to deliver remarks and engage with the leadership of VECONAC and heads of delegations of veterans' associations from ASEAN Member States.
