Jakarta, Oct. 25 -- At the invitation of The Honourable Atty. Gilberto C. Teodoro, Jr., Secretary of National Defense of the Republic of the Philippines and Chair of the ASEAN Defence sector for 2026, Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, will lead the ASEAN Secretariat's delegation to participate in the 20th ASEAN Defence Ministers' Meeting (ADMM) and the 13th ADMM-Plus and Related Meetings, to be held in Cebu, the Philippines, on 28-29 October 2026. On this occasion, Dr. Kao will also engage in bilateral meetings with the Defence Ministers of ASEAN Member States and Dialogue Partners attending the series of meetings.
