Jakarta, Aug. 31 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, on 31 August 2026, participated and delivered a Special Address in the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Phnom Penh Logistics Complex (PPLC), in Kampong Speu Province, Cambodia.
