Jakarta, Oct. 28 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today participated in the ASEAN-Japan Defence Ministers' Informal Meeting, in Cebu, the Philippines. The Meeting discussed the current security environment and progress in defence cooperation between ASEAN and Japan through ASEAN-led mechanisms.
