Jakarta, Aug. 5 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, on 5 August 2026, met with Mr. Maeda Mio, Director General of General Department of International Affairs and Training, National Personnel Authority of Japan, on the sidelines of the Heads of Civil Service Meeting for the 8th ASEAN Plus Three Cooperation on Civil Service Matters (8th ACCSM+3), in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Dr. Kao reaffirmed ASEAN Secretariat's readiness to continue supporting Japan, all ASEAN Member States and the Plus Three Countries in implementing the ACCSM+3 Work Plan 2026-2030.
