Jakarta, June 25 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, met with H.E. Dato Seri Paduka Mohd Riza, Minister of Transport and Infocommunications of Brunei Darussalam, on the sidelines of the 22nd ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Science, Technology and Innovation (AMMSTI-22), in Vientiane, Lao PDR. Dr. Kao thanked Brunei Darussalam's contributions as Country Coordinator for ASEAN-EU Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) Cooperation, including support towards the restructuring of ASEAN Committee on Science and Technology and Innovation (COSTI) Sub-Committees, which have strengthened ASEAN's STI governance and enhanced coordination under the new ASEAN Plan of Action on Science, Technology and Innovation (APASTI) framework.
