Jakarta, July 24 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Chile, H.E. Francisco Perez Mackenna, in Manila, the Philippines, on the sidelines of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia (TAC). Both sides discussed ways to enhance the ASEAN-Chile Development Partnership and strengthen practical cooperation, and exchanged views on emerging regional developments.
