Jakarta, Oct. 26 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, on 26 October 2026, met with Ms. Emmanuelle Wargon, Chair of the French Energy Regulatory Commission, on the sidelines of Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW), in Singapore. They exchanged views on global energy developments and regulatory perspectives on energy security. Discussions also covered cross-border electricity connectivity, including the ASEAN Power Grid.
