Reflecting on over three decades of ASEAN-China relations, Dr. Kao highlighted how the implementation of the ASEAN-China Free Trade Area (ACFTA) 3.0 Upgrade Protocol creates transformative opportunities in the digital and green economies, directly supporting the goals of the ASEAN Community Vision 2045.
