Jakarta, Aug. 5 -- On the sidelines of the Heads of Civil Service Meetings of the 23rd ASEAN Cooperation on Civil Service Matters (ACCSM) and the 8th ACCSM+3, on 5 August 2026, in Siem Reap, Cambodia, Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, shared his views on the ACCSM's achievements during the interview with the Ministry of Civil Service of Cambodia.
