Jakarta, Oct. 15 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, on 15 October 2026, participated in the 9th Russian Energy Week International Forum, in Moscow, on the sidelines of his working visit to Russia, where he joined as a speaker in the Panel "The Russia-ASEAN Energy Bridge: Resources, Technologies, New Markets." In his intervention, Dr. Kao highlighted the importance of reliable energy supplies, regional connectivity, and energy cooperation to meet ASEAN's growing energy needs.
