Jakarta, Nov. 20 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, delivered a pre-recorded congratulatory message at the 2025 ASEAN+3 Human Resource Development (HRD) Forum held in Seoul, the Republic of Korea, on 20 November 2025. Under the theme "Re-imagining HR Systems: Innovating HRD for a Sustainable Future," SG Dr. Kao emphasised ASEAN's collective priorities in advancing digital and green skills development, leveraging AI and technology-based solutions, and enhancing cross-sectoral partnerships to future-proof the workforce. The ASEAN+3 HRD Forum remains a key platform of knowledge sharing and cooperation between ASEAN and the Plus Three Countries towards building a more resilient and future-ready regional labour force.
