Jakarta, Sept. 20 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today attended the Signing of the First Protocol to Amend ASEAN-Hong Kong, China Investment Agreement (AHKIA). The signing marks an important step in enhancing ASEAN-Hong Kong, China economic relations and fostering a more transparent, predictable, and business-friendly investment environment.
