Hanoi, Aug. 1 -- The leader stressed the need to elevate Viet Nam's multilateral diplomacy and implement international integration in a comprehensive, coordinated, and effective manner.

Viet Nam should give priority to mobilizing resources for science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, private-sector development, and improving the quality of foreign investment, he noted.

The top leader stated that the nation should selectively attract high-tech projects in areas such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, clean energy, biotechnology, and modern agriculture.
