Hanoi, April 1 -- This Circular stipulates fee levels, the entities responsible for collecting fees and charges in the field of exit, entry, transit, and residence in Viet Nam.

These fees shall include passport issuance fees; fees for laissez-passers, exit permits, and "AB" stamps; and visa fees.
