Hanoi, May 4 -- Addressing the Cabinet on Monday, the Prime Minister said ministers and heads of ministerial-level agencies must be responsible for the formulation of the legal documents.

Ministries and ministerial-level agencies must submit draft laws and related documents guiding the implementation of these laws at the same time, Le stressed.

The Government leader also urged relevant ministries to further cut or simplify administrative procedures and business conditions in the fields of assessment of environmental impacts, issuance of construction license, management of industrial parks, fire prevention and control.
