Hanoi, May 7 -- The two-day tour is made at the invitation of Philippine President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr, Chair of ASEAN in 2026.

He is accompanied by Minister, Chairman of the Government Office Dang Xuan Phong; Deputy Minister of National Defense Nguyen Van Gau; Deputy Minister of Public Security Le Van Tuyen; Vice Chairman of the Government Office Don Tuan Phong; Deputy Foreign Minister Dang Hoang Giang, Head of ASEAN SOM-Viet Nam; Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Phan Thi Thang; among others.

This is Le's first overseas trip in his capacity as head of the Government, and also the first multilateral conference that he has attended in person.
