Hanoi, Oct. 14 -- Prime Minister Le Minh Hung on Tuesday hosted a reception for Lao Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense General Khamlieng Outhakaisone, who is visiting Viet Nam to attend the 10th annual meeting of defense ministers of Viet Nam, Laos and Cambodia and witness the fifth joint civil defense exercise among the three countries' armed forces.
