Panamanian President embarks on four-day official visit to Viet Nam
Hanoi, Oct. 5 -- This is the first high-level visit to Viet Nam by a President of Panama in 14 years.
During the visit, President Mulino is scheduled to hold talks with General Secretary and President To Lam and meet with Prime Minister Le Minh Hung and National Assembly President Tran Thanh Man.
The two sides are expected to sign several cooperation documents, providing an important legal foundation for deeper and more stable bilateral ties.
Viet Nam and Panama established diplomatic relations on August 28, 1975, and celebrated the 50th founding anniversary of bilateral ties in 2025.
