Hanoi, Oct. 7 -- President Mulino, who is on a four-day official visit to Viet Nam, made the point during his meeting with Vietnamese Prime Minister Le Minh Hung in Ha Noi on October 7.

President Mulino promised to assist Viet Nam in accessing markets and supply chains in the Americas through the Panama Canal and its network of seaports, airports, warehouses, and logistics system that meet international standards.
