Hanoi, April 7 -- In his oath-taking remarks, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung promised to build a modern Government to serve the people. He said the Cabinet will give the highest priority to building and improving institutions through reviewing, amending and supplementing legal regulations, cutting administrative procedures, removing bottlenecks, and unlocking all resources for national development.

The Government will focus on building a State apparatus that is streamlined, lean, strong, efficient and effective. Each Cabinet members must match words and actions, perform their duties with modern governance mindset, stay proactively and flexibly in all situations.
