Hanoi, March 30 -- The above move was made by the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) during its second plenum held in Ha Noi from March 23 to 25.

This decision represents a strategic shift in the Party's leadership of media and ideological work, enhancing centralized and comprehensive management, while better meeting the public's demand for accurate and timely information in the digital age.
