Hanoi, May 1 -- Prime Minister Takaichi was welcomed by Minister-Chairman of the Government Office Dang Xuan Phong, Standing Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Vu, and Vietnamese Ambassador to Japan Pham Quang Hieu when she landed at the Noi Bai International Airport.
