Hanoi, Nov. 4 -- Addressing the Cabinet meeting on Wednesday, the Prime Minister urged ministries and localities to put in place concrete measures to boost exports and reduce trade deficit, private investment, and advance the development of emerging economic sectors.

Le also urged ministries and localities to have measures to stimulate consumption, tourism, and trade promotion in the remaining months.

He tasked the Ministry of Finance to closely monitor market prices, update inflation scenarios, promptly reform value-added tax and tax management, and advise the Government on measures to promote business and production activities, effectively mobilize and utilize resources for national development.
