Hanoi, May 19 -- Under the Resolution, conditional business lines shall include: seal production; trading in firework types, excluding firecrackers; securties trading; lottery trading; credit rating services; real estate trading; telecommunications services; trading in fertilizers; and mineral exploitation.
Earlier in April, the Government issued eight Resolutions on reduction, decentralization, and simplification of administrative procedures and business conditions.
