Hanoi, Oct. 26 -- The Government of Viet Nam has adopted an action plan to implement Conclusion No. 105-KL/TW, dated October 15, 2026, of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam on attracting and effectively utilising talent in key sectors and fields.

Establishing national framework for talent identification

Under the action plan, the Ministry of Home Affairs will be responsible for coordinating with relevant ministries and agencies to draft a resolution on special mechanisms and policies for talent development and utilization and submit it to the National Assembly for consideration and approval.
