Accordingly, Viet Nam will focus on building expressways, airports, high-speed railways, and urban rail lines.

By 2030, the Southeast Asian nation expects to have 5,000 kilometers of expressways, put into operation of additional 645 kilometers of railways including 200 kilometers of urban metro lines.

Le stressed that the development of transportation infrastructure must be aligned with the goal of achieving double-digit growth annually.
