Hanoi, July 2 -- By 2030, 80 percent of young workers and 75 percent of rural youth and youth from ethnic minority and mountainous areas will receive education and training on national defense and security.
Meanwhile, at least 30 percent of young people are expected to attain Level 3 or higher foreign language proficiency under the Vietnamese Foreign Language Competency Framework.
The strategy also aims to increase the number of science and technology research projects led by young people by 15 percent and raise the number of young people working in science and technology organizations by 10 percent compared with 2020.
