Hanoi, Aug. 31 -- The Resolution targets to innovate the reform of administrative procedures in a comprehensive and substantive manner, drastically improve the business investment climate, sharpen national competitiveness, and spur economic growth through 2030.
By 2027, 100 percent of eligible administrative procedures shall be provided as full-process online public services while 100 percent of administrative procedure results shall be digitalized and reused.
By 2030, 100 percent of essential public services shall be received by Public Administrative Service Centers nationwide regardless of administrative boundaries.
