Hanoi, Sept. 23 -- The action plan aims to institutionalize and comprehensively and consistently implement the viewpoints, objectives, tasks and solutions set out in Resolution 10, dated June 8, 2026, while identifying specific tasks for ministries, sectors and localities to organize implementation, inspection, supervision and evaluation.

The plan seeks to ensure the effective and sustainable development of the foreign-invested economic sector and turn Viet Nam into a competitive destination for high-quality, medium- and long-term foreign investment.
