Hanoi, June 19 -- The Prime Minister reaffirmed that Viet Nam highly values its Comprehensive Strategic Partnership with Russia and wishes to further expand bilateral cooperation across various fields.

He welcomed Russian businesses and investors operating in Viet Nam, saying their presence contributes to implementing agreements reached by the two countries' top leaders and elevating mutually beneficial cooperation to a new level.
