Hanoi, April 3 -- Under the plan, the Ministry of Science and Technology will take the prime responsibility and coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to guide, monitor and oversee the implementation of the agreement. The ministry will also compile reports on implementation progress and send them to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for consolidation and reporting to competent authorities.
Every two years, joint reviews will be conducted with France's Ministry of Higher Education and Research to assess implementation outcomes and discuss future cooperation plans.
Other ministries and agencies are required to coordinate closely, based on their respective mandates, to develop and carry out activities under the agreement.
