Hanoi, Oct. 18 -- The top Vietnamese leader warmly welcomed Prime Minister Brigitte Haas, saying her visit, together with the signing of the free trade agreement between Viet Nam and four member countries of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), marked an important milestone in Viet Nam- Liechtenstein relations.
