Hanoi, Aug. 21 -- Nguyen made the above statement in a recent interview ahead of Politburo member, Standing member of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) Central Committee's Secretariat Tran Cam Tu's official visit to Singapore from August 24-25.

This dialogue mechanism was established during General Secretary and President To Lam's State visit to Singapore last May, said the Deputy Foreign Minister, adding that Viet Nam is the first Southeast Asian nation to have set up this kind of dialogue with Singapore's People's Action Party.
