Hanoi, Oct. 22 -- The Government has approved a master plan for the development of Da Nang City through 2050, with a vision to 2045.
Under the plan, by 2050, Da Nang is expected to serve as a major national growth pole and a national and regional hub for startups, innovation, logistics, the marine economy, trade, finance, free trade, science and technology, digital transformation, digital economy, data, tourism and heritage, culture and sports, education and training, and high-quality healthcare.
The central city will pursue green growth and climate change adaptation while ensuring national defense, security and sovereignty over its sea and islands.
