Hanoi, July 22 -- The Decree sets out responsibilities for ministries, agencies and local authorities in key areas, including legal drafting, visa and residence document issuance, immigration control, residence management, law enforcement, data sharing, and statistics.
The Decree aims to improve coordination among competent authorities, enhance immigration management efficiency, strengthen national security, and facilitate the lawful entry, exit, transit and residence of foreigners in Viet Nam.
