Jakarta, July 25 -- The 27th ASEAN Plus Three Foreign Ministers' Meeting was chaired by H.E. Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro, Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines. Review and Future Direction of ASEAN Plus Three Cooperation The Meeting noted the progress in the ASEAN Plus Three (APT) cooperation over the past year and discussed its future direction.
