Jakarta, April 17 -- The EighteenthMeeting of the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) Experts and Eminent Persons (EEPs) was convened in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia preceded by a workshop on conflict prevention held the previous day. The meeting was attended by ARF Experts and Eminent Personsand the Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for ASEAN Political-Security Community. It provided a platform for participants to exchange views and share insights on strengthening the role of the ARF, including efforts to enhance multilateralism and support the continued relevance and effectiveness of the ARF in addressing regional security challenges.
