India, March 9 -- NLC India Limited observed National Safety Month 2026 at its Corporate Office on March 7, reinforcing its commitment to workplace and community safety.

The nationwide campaign, which begins every year on March 4 to mark the foundation day of the National Safety Council, is being held this year under the theme "Engage, Educate and Empower People to Enhance Safety."

The programme commenced with the hoisting of the Safety Flag by Prasanna Kumar Motupalli, Chairman and Managing Director of NLC India Limited, at the corporate office lawn, symbolising the organisation's commitment to safety, health and environmental protection across its operations.
