Manila, Sept. 14 -- President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. said his birthday wish is to lay the groundwork for government reforms that will continue beyond his administration, while also wishing for more time with his family.

Speaking during a media briefing following his attendance at the 18th BRICS Summit in New Delhi, India Sunday, Marcos said he wants to establish the foundations of reforms and programs his administration has started so they can be sustained after his term.
