Manila, Sept. 27 -- President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has declared special non-working days in five municipalities in Isabela, Cebu, Palawan, Nueva Vizcaya and Davao del Sur to allow residents to participate in their respective local celebrations.

Under Proclamation No. 1450, Marcos declared Sept. 28 (Monday) a special non-working day in the Municipality of Luna, Isabela, in celebration of its 77th founding anniversary.

Sept. 29 (Tuesday) was declared a special non-working day in the Municipality of Argao, Cebu, through Proclamation No. 1451, to mark Araw ng Argao.

In Palawan, Oct. 1 (Thursday) was declared a special non-working day in the Municipality of Aborlan for its town fiesta under Proclamation No. 1452.
