Manila, April 19 -- Fair weather with isolated rain showers is expected across the country on Sunday, while Severe Tropical Storm Sinlaku remains outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and is not expected to affect the country, the weather bureau said.
In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Sinlaku was last spotted 2,770 km. east-northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon, moving northeastward at 25 kph.
The storm has maximum sustained winds of 95 kph and gustiness of up to 110 kph but is already weakening and moving away from the country.
