NSCN (IM) accuses Centre of using Kuki groups as 'proxy forces' against Nagas
Imphal, Sept. 15 -- The National Socialist Council of Nagalim (Isak-Muivah) [NSCN (IM)] has accused the Government of India of allegedly using Kuki groups as proxy forces to target the Naga community and exert military pressure on Naga areas.
In a statement, the Naga organisation alleged that the Centre had failed to fulfil its constitutional responsibility to protect the security of the Naga people and establish a transparent mechanism for resolving the long-running political conflict.
