Imphal, Oct. 1 -- The State Level Nodal Agency (SLNA), Watershed Management, Manipur, will launch a state-wide 'Reform Utsav' campaign from October 2 through December 2026 under the Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana-Watershed Development Component 2.0 (PMKSY-WDC 2.0).

Speaking to the press on Thursday at Imphal, SLNA Chief Executive Officer Rajkumari Sunita Devi stated that the initiative aims to strengthen community participation (Jan Bhagidari), enhance grassroots outreach in remote areas, and promote transparency.

She noted that the campaign will feature Gram Sabha interactions, district-level exhibitions, and field demonstrations to gather community feedback and educate farmers on expanded scheme benefits.
