Guwahati, Aug. 30 -- Peace and normalcy in Manipur cannot be viewed solely through the prism of a single conflict; they must encompass the entire state. While the reopening of National Highway-2 (Imphal-Dimapur Road) and a temporary lull in specific communal clashes are welcome developments, the administration cannot afford complacency.
