Manipur Police arrest two drug peddlers, including one from Assam

Imphal: Manipur Police arrested two alleged drug peddlers, including one from Assam, following a review of the law-and-order situation in the valley districts by the state police chief on Friday, according to a police bulletin issued on Saturday.
During the first operation, Manipur Police arrested Dil Bahadur Chetry (41), a resident of Tinsukia under the Chapakhowa Police Station in Assam.
He was apprehended in the North AOC area under Imphal Police Station (Imphal West district) with 412 grams of WY (methamphetamine) tablets.
